What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They're used to make sites work properly, remember your preferences, and (in some cases) understand how visitors use a site.

We use the minimum number of cookies needed to run the site and improve it. We don't sell cookie data. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner.

Cookies we use

Essential cookies

Required for the site to function. You can't opt out of these and we don't ask for consent because the site won't work without them.

• Session cookie: keeps you signed in if you log into the team dashboard.
• CSRF token: prevents cross-site request forgery on forms.
• Cookie preference (geko_consent): remembers your choice in the cookie banner for 6 months.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Used to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. Only enabled if you choose “Accept all” in the banner.

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): measures unique visitors, page views, and traffic sources. Anonymised; we don't share with Google for ad targeting.
• Vercel Analytics: page-view counts and performance metrics. Anonymous.

Marketing cookies (optional)

Used to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries. Only set if you choose “Accept all” in the banner.

• Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc): measures enquiries from Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Google Ads tag (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw and similar): measures enquiries from Google search ads.
• Ad click record (geko_attr): remembers which ad or page brought you to our site, for 90 days, so an enquiry you send later is linked to it.

If you choose “Reject all”, none of these cookies are set. Google's tag still loads in consent mode: it sends basic, cookieless signals (such as that an enquiry was made) without storing anything on your device. When you send an enquiry, we record the ad or page that brought you to the site with it, taken from the page address during that visit.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies in three ways:

• On our site: make your choice in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Change it any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, or here: Cookie settings.
• In your browser: every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) lets you block, delete, or be notified about cookies. Search your browser's help for “manage cookies”.
• Opt out of specific services: Google Analytics offers a browser opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
